Royal Crest Custom Homes stands behind each home we build. Upon closing, we provide a one year warranty, incorporating the residential construction performance guidelines developed by the National Association of Home builders. Contact us by filling out the simple form to bring our attention to any warranty issues during your first year of home ownership. Please note that the one year warranty does not cover cosmetic or maintenance items such as paint, caulking and landscaping.
